The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and culture.
Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stockroom organization, ensuring effective inventory turnover and shrinkage control.
Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives, resolving customer complaints and feedback, and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics.
Control labor costs, scheduling, managing store budget, and expenses, and implementing loss prevention strategies.
Resolve customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Requirements
Proven years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing operational costs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
