They are looking to employ an experienced marketing professional to lead their Email & Telephone Marketing Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email and telephone marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.


Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email and telephone marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Lead and manage a team of email and telephone marketers to achieve campaign goals.
  
• Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Creative) to ensure aligned marketing efforts.
  
• Manage email and telephone marketing budgets, vendors, and tools.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and anti-spam laws.
  
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements Job Requirements:

• Proven years of experience in email and telephone marketing.
  
• The ideal candidates must be ready to make follow-up visits to meet telephone leads and conduct inspections to close.
  
• Must possess leadership qualities to anchor the telephone marketing channel and grow the unit into an efficient sales channel.
  
• Available to work on weekends (Saturday).
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
