I register via your account provide website but my account is yet to activated. And I wanted to become an exchanger and merchant. By so doing I.pray for your success and all we people that being in your system we all become succeed through your success.

I tried logging in with my password despite me typing the correct username and password and showing me username and password doesn't exist and have tried to reset my password and I didn't get any message at all

I registered my account in July, got activated and verified in August, I was able to login once after the activation, since then. I thought it was due to their website upgrade. Suprisenly , it kept going on till this moment to the extent that I have been unable to complete my profile update in the account and I have tried so hard to communicate with their customer care, it really not working. It is really frustrating and annoying when you see other people loggin in freely and I couldn't. Please, as long as this issue isn't rectified the rating stays that way.
