What is really happening please? I can't access my account again, I no my details but this bullshit is happening, the customers care unit not doing their duty as expected, pls fix your errors thank.

Is very discouraging for your clients to be waiting this long, I paid to IBSmartify I drop my details no answer, response, just silent... Is very disappointing,is annoying,the support team don't no what they are doing at all.

Today ,I log in to my account.username- Ajasa yetunde but BvN page came up. I was trying to follow it up but the network went bad.i try to login later but to my surprise,the login page is saying my account does not exist.

Someone registered inknation for me and he has pretented my card but I can't login into my account I tried with my user name it's not working also my gmail. I try reserting my password it keeps on showing English I do not understand which I'll show you the pics

Please help me I can't access my account anymore please,when I try to login it says username or password dose not exist,but that was uersername and password have been using it before the problem started

I have been trying to login since morning and it is not responding, I clicked forgot password, I wrote my email and I click verify and it showed me some error kind of stuff

I registered since August till now I haven't been verified while those who registered months after are verified and are receiving their monthly stipends. I kept complaining but till now no reply

I registered last month,and I was told to update my account before printing,the account was yet to be verified,I updated it and also changed the password and ever since then I've been trying to login but they keep showing "email and password doesn't exist" meanwhile that is the same email I used in registering the account and I can't get my money back it's 10k that money is way big to throw away,please someone should help.????
