Review I couldn't login my inknation account.

I registered my account in July, got activated and verified in August, I was able to login once after the activation, since then. I thought it was due to their website upgrade. Suprisenly , it kept going on till this moment to the extent that I have been unable to complete my profile update in the account and I have tried so hard to communicate with their customer care, it really not working. It is really frustrating and annoying when you see other people loggin in freely and I couldn't. Please, as long as this issue isn't rectified the rating stays that way.
