I TOOK A PICTURE BY 11 AM 24TH AND TILL 8PM I KEPT CALLING AND NO ONE RESPONDED

This is wrong. Its my 45th brithday, I paid in full for my soft copies since 11 am october 24th, I had to keep calling and they studio closed without sending the pictures. too bad you guys cant' steal my joy
