Review Extreme dishonesty from Faith Musa who demanded N148k for a waived medical equipment.

Faith Musa sent me a fee of N148,000 plus for a 2kg item i bought directly from the company in Hong Kong for a well qouted price of N390,000. I had paid $122 for the shipping.I called in view of this and she said i should send a mail contesting this. I arrived Lagos 3 weeks after and she denied reception of my mails which i had sent. I requested the contact of the custom officer but they declined. I went to NAHCO and found the custom officer involved who said he never held my equipment being a medical device on a present tax waiver. Faith Musa and her colleague still refused to release my item immediately for my refusal to pay the fee. It took the intervention of a senior staff at FedEx and my item arrived after 5 weeks for an item i had paid for on air express courier.
