Review No Response to complain on faulty batteries

We Procure batteries from your company which did not last up to three month. Returning the batteries and sending several mail there was no responding till date.
I called the person in charge of support but was very rude in his respond to a customer.
If this is how a company is being run, too bad. There is need for the company to do more in Human relation to client.
