Review Delay in delivering parcel and response

My friend send me items since yesterday from aboard, then the company told I should send my clearance after that then I send my address after 6hrs, the delivery man call me and told me that police men caught him on his way to Lagos State and the requested for twenty five thousand naira, if not the won't allow him to pass, so I contact the company number the told me I should settle the police, so I was stranded, the driver left there, so this afternoon he called me again then I send him the amount that the police requested, after that, I have been trying to reach the driver even the company contact, they said is switch off, so for now I don't achieve anything, this so bad of this company there are not sincerely to their customer, is unfair
