A contract was given to a company to supply computers and software, The Supplier could not get the recommended software he informed the bank chairman Ali Saidu. They decided to get it some where. But out of the payment the Chairman Ali saidu took part of his payment for hardware personally and refuse to return to the supplier. this is not fair.
