I had a terrible customer experience yesterday at the 81 awolowo Rd outlet.the attendant showed no empathy to get my change for items purchased and was very willing for me to forfeit it.on demanding my money back she rudely exclaimed"thank God I ve not entered it"I had to leave without buying, and no any form of supervisory medium or personally to report to.she was just after my change
