Review Do not subscriber to FiberOne ISP. You will be sorry

FiberOne is either a scam or just happened to be one of those businesses that takes undue advantages of their customers. I subscribed in September 2023 to Fiberone IS. I requested that my service should be turned on since the beginning of June 2024 but up till today July 11th, I've been waiting patiently and aggressively been calling their customers service to complain about there beach of promoters that my line will either be turned on or a technician will be sent everyday to address the problem. I have not been able to work and the efforts trying to get the line activated is frustrating. I will NEVER recommend FiberOne to any one. Please read their reviews before subscribing. Do not get yourself into the situation I found myself. A refund request was sent yet no one has called me from fiberone and couldn't get to talk to any supervisor. I am highly distorted and frustrated. I have been subdued to begging. It seems they are doing me a favour doing business with them. In fact, I can't rate them.
