Review Poor customer service and relations

Visited the keffi branch today around 12noon,ordered for food and made a transfer since I didn't have cash and they hadn't a POS ,I was not served food saying I needed to wait for the alert to drop whereas I had already been debited.i was sitting starving for over two hours and no one was ready to serve me food neither was my money returned. This is saying I demand a refund of my money and I rate this branch very low when it comes to customer service and relations.
