Review Misguidance, misappropriation and incompetence in the management

The young shall grow transportation company imo state branch is misguided and mismanaged by incompetent hand. My experience more than 4 times affirms. How can there be over thirty (30) people standing after proper full loading of tickets holders/passengers??
Thereby inconveniencing all other customers. If nothing is done this can lead to shortcomings and collapse of the company. Not only this in good time I will take a further and legal action against this vicious act from the management.
