Review Horrible customer service

Two time's I've been scammed by these people. First I bought a laptop 6 months ago, till today I've not been given a charger. They keep on telling me to come next week. Today I tooymy laptop for repairs, they spoilt the cd rom and they're telling me that it's me that they can't do anything about it. Very horrible service
