Review I can't send My ID card thro my mail

Hello. My name is UDOEKPO EKPE EFFIONG, I complain about my account, that I cant withdraw, u said I should send my mail an my phone number and my full name, my ID card, I did but my ID card picture is not delivered to u people to continue my process, thanks
