Review Very poor customer relations with your staff

I recently decided to try your products. After buying you solar inverter and I wasn't satisfied with it's operations, I contacted you sales rep in abuja, but she decided to be rude and dropped my calls with reckless abandon, even after coming to your office in abuja to state my displeasure, she was still not apologetic and still maintained her arrant attitude. I was however routed to your technician who also displayed very poor customer service and dropped the call on me and also refused to take my calls maybe because I have parted with a huge sum of money. I have resulted to returning your product and asked for a refund as I cannot tolerate your poor customer service personnel.
