Review Unprofessional behaviour of staff/dishonest biz

Staff were more interested is watching movies and very loudly too than attending to clients. They were not honest about their return policy, got a dress for my sister by noon she tried it on by 4pm when she returned from work and it didn't fit. Called Silkyboutik immediately and requested to come in and change the dress but they declined that item is already deleted from their system. Ask to speak with the biz owner and silence.
