Question for Apple Center Abuja

1.My iPhone 5 battery ran down. I bought a new battery and at installation of this new battery the phone failed to come on.
2. My on and off switch on top of the phone is no more working.
3. Kindly let me know what you may be able to do for me.
4. Do you have a service center in Jos? I live in Jos.
