Question for FUTURE GROWTH MICRO FINANCE BANK LTD

Please i need assistance with contact info of the manager or owner of this bank. A staff of the bank (money collection staff) assured me to travel to lagos without worrying that my money will be transferred, 3 weeks now without transfer, All i get now is excuses that the money is hanging due to network issue. i dont want to believe there is a fraudulent intention involved. please i wont want to travel down and sue this institution. kindly assist.
