Question for Bureau Of Public Enterprises (bpe)

GOOD DAY. I contacted my pencom PFA about my montly pension for several occassion now and they are saying that PHCN have not summitted my voucher to them. meaning that they have not credited my account. what have stopped you from crediting my account? .I was disengaged from PHCN.
