Question for Association Of Senior Civil Servants Of Nigeria

I was promoted in 2014 and there was know cash backing for my promotion in Nov.2015 we were told to submit some documents so that they can use it to pay us our promotion arreas upuntil now we have not being paid that arrears.Please when is government to pay us this money.thank you.
