Question for Samsung Electronics Nigeria Ltd

I have a Samsung laptop, but the charging port is bad. The round tiny object is broken. Hence, it could not hold the charger very well for the laptop to charge.
Can it be repaired. If yes, how much will it cost and how many days will it take for it to be repaired by you?
