Question for Femi Falana Chambers

Goodmorning sir,my names are AdenikenJohn Akhigbe and i live at no 35 oluwakemi street onipanulagos State.all the tenants got a 3month quite notice from our landlord of the 1st of November telling us to move out by January 31st 2023 without any notice before now.sir what do we do according to law.we have about 24 tenant in this house.
