Question for Travelstart Nigeria, Contact Numbers, Office

Please, am traveling with an infant on Ethiopian airlines, am a Nigerian. On our tickets, we have indication for 2*23kg each, please does this mean the infant is entitled to 46 kg total and myself as well? Also we have 9 hours layover at Addis Ababa, are we going to require visa?
