Question for Grimaldi Shipping Company

I booked my car shipemnt from USA to Nigeria through grimaldi. I checked my tracking number and saw on quay there. I would really appreciate a further explanation on what that means. The car has been booked for over 3weeks. Why is it on quay and what does that even mean
