Question for ALCATEL NIGERIA LTD

I just got an alcatel pop star touch from konga on monday 25th of this january2016, the battery is terribly bad and when i complain to konga they could not help me. At fully 100% charched, the battry can not last two hour. what can i do. ilove alcatel so much
