Question for Festus Keyamo Chambers

I really appreciate your effort here. But i suggest we should check the drivers license thing. if I registered and received a license from vio office,being a govt agency and paid must i be forced again by road safety commission as another govt agency to get another one b4 its expiry?
It looks to me like fraud.If vio is no more eligible there should be awareness and grace for expiry of the existing card. pls look through this properly I am ISRAEL
