Question for Genesis Securities & Investment Limited

My name is Mr Henry Ngwu I registered with Genesis security and investment limited in Ibadan in 2008 at Coca house.
This year June I want to sell my shears as I got at Coca house they told me that you are not there again.
I can not come to Lagos now what do I do to get this done?. Thanks.
