Question for Cross Soap Industry Nigeria

Please what has happened to our Saviour Bar Soap? The quality is so poor now. I've been using it since I was in Secondary School. Now, am a mother but the batch you made since just before the lockdown (April 2020) with new design is a big disappointment! Pls revert to your old formula.
