Question for Phytoscience Lagos office

Pls how do i get contact of my two uplines ie mr hazim and mrs oseni a food nutrictionist . I miss them two yrs ago. Without them i can not register a nurse who is presently in a mad mood to register through me and buy many product.PLS help me
