Question for Blue Ridge Microfinance Bank Limited

Good evening sir, I collected a loan of 6,000 from okash and I was ask to pay offline which I did and my account was debited again. I paid a sum of 7100 offline and my acct was debited 7320 again
I have called ur customer services several times. I have sent mails but nothing was done ..pls contact me on this on time
