Question for Blue Ridge Microfinance Bank Limited

Good morning to us all.i happen to borrow 10k from okash and pay even before it was due.now am trying to borrow some money it's telling me am not qualify to borrow.i don't really understand.and the funny thing is the plate form doesn't have any customer service number.pls help out.
