Question for Pal Pensions (Pension Alliance Limited)

I am one of your candidates that retired in September 2018.Icompleted the necessary forms at Abuja office and was told that I will be invited to know my total package. It's one month now but no feedback from Pal and those in the office are not friendly to assist us, hence I decided to request the feedback from this forum. This month is 15 months and we are finding ìt difficult to feed because we are yet to be paid. Why this delay sir?
