Question for Surveyors Council Of Nigeria (Surcon)

Am a corp member serving in ekiti state and an HND holder. I've done a professional course which is chartered institute of project management (CIPM) and in which I can use that certificate to do my master degree as an HND older. I want to ask that can I still proceed for my surcon exam with that master degree?
