Question for Nemco Resourses Limited

We have made payments for 3 prepaid meters since 2010, all efforts to secure and install the meters were fruitless. The excuse has always bn, there is no meter or we are yet to get to your neighbourhood. The pre paid meter installation is now at our neighborhood , Magodo Isheri but the excuse by Ikeja electric now is, it's a liability from Ikeja Distribution company, we are not responsible.

Pls we need help. Kindly come to our rescue
