Question for Travelex Retail Nigeria LTD

Please, I will like to be enlighting on the way your staff at the airport location use to operate. I do not really understand the way they operate in that location, you call them for enquiry this minuite they will tell you they have stock for exchange the next minuite you are there and thesame staff will still tell you they don't have stock,it's amaizing the way staff operate at that location. I realy think they are diverting stock meant for there customers to there own personal use. Please, I will be very grateful if answer and clarification can be provided for this question/complain.
