Question for State General Hospital

Please my left side eye is not normal the eye feel fear it can not look straight eye ball to eye ball and when and sometimes I feel some thing is covering it and the eye does not go straight to a point sometimes and also it fears light flashing on it please I want to know if my case can be handle in ur hospital
