Question for Honeywell Group Nigeria

Yesterday evening I bought a 5kg of semolina in a shop at Ajayi Road in Aguda Ogba Lagos, getting home and opened the bag the contents just like corn safth and after preparing it instead of normal creamy looks it was brownish and on the bag the expiring date had been clear off. Just to let you know what is in the market.
