Question for SHOP DIRECT RESOURCES NIG. LTD

I had a bad experience at shop Direct no 115 Tafawa Balewa cresent Surulere, on Monday 24th Dec. 2018. I have been trying to get to speak with the manager but up till today not possible. Still hoping to get across to a senior management staff. Really aggrieved.
