Question for Parsons Science Engineering Limited

Did your administration ever select some random people("lucky winners") late last year for any sort of contract? It's been on the "process" since then- even after my dad has spent a whole lot of money on this!? I am so eager to hear from y'all!! I need a response if not I'll be forced to call this company's administration a corrupt one filled with fraudsters. I need a response from this company real quick!
