Question for National Oil & Chemical Marketing Plc

I applied for the public offer of shares in the year 2000 and was issued three hundred (300) shares via share certificate dated 17th April 2001. I wish to inform you that I have been paid any dividend since then because I was moved out of my previous station at Makurdi to Kaduna.
