Question for Cross Country

Sent a couple of items to Accra via cross country from Kano paid a lot and my items haven’t arrived after a week , only to be told the bus broke down on the road for a week. I need my items back plus the refund .. I hope that is possible and how long will it take and please somebody should talk to the manager Cross county Kano to be more straightforward with your customers.. I don’t see cross country moving forward but back ward , Not reliable at all ..
