Question for Omatek Computers Limited

I have an Omatek computer laptop. it was working fine until two weeks ago when it suddenly starts to freeze and when i attempted to restart, it has been been asking me of some media disc. please can i come fix this issue at your office? if yes, how long does it take and am i going to be charged money
