Question for Trust Link Travel Ltd.

I want to also confirm the advert I heard on radio that you get visa to people and pay later.. I also heard that you can pay half and when you're working there you can pay the rest... Please I'm interested how true is it and how can I go about it... Because I don't want to fall victim of 419
