Question for DHL OFFICE - DHL International


Pls sir/madam I drop a comment yesterday. Pls I need an answer. Because when I send my passport to them dhl worker at Allen told me that I don't need to pay for return is when they send it back when I come for collection that I will pay.pls what will i do now?
