Question for LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITALS (LUTH)

As a Nigerian hospital and all the listed contact numbers are not working through and why? I have been trying the line from Benin Republic, +229 ******** and i need to speak with some from the hospital right now
