Question for INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION (INEC)

I want to do voter's registration but when I got to the centre, I was asked if I have ever registered which my answer was yes. And when and where? 2011 and in Oyo state. Please what can I do to get registered for this coming election? thanks.
