Question for KADUNA STATE MINISTRY OF WORKS & TRANSPORT

Hi

was once held for 3 days over due for road worthiness and was fined 5k at kaduna by the VIO

what is the penalty for driving with vehicle papers expired 3 days earlier?
Is there any grace period from expiry to renewal?
How do I get my hand on approved violation charge sheet ?
Why do we need to wait a week in Kaduna VIO office to collect vehicle papers after payment when such is instant in other states ?
