Question for Phonics Hearing Centre

Good day
I recently had my both ears syringed on doctors advice and shortly after that I have been experiencing a ringing sound in my left ear and I feel dizzy too. Is this normal or there's something wrong ( I can only hear loud sound with my left ear but the right ear is fine)
